Refunds, cancellations & payment issues
B2B policy · Version v2026-10-26-b2b · Updated 26 October 2026
Subscriptions and cancellation
Starter Monthly (€19/month) and Starter Annual (€180/year) renew unless cancelled before the next provider-confirmed renewal. Valid cancellation ends future recurring charges and ordinarily leaves already paid access available until the current paid-through date. Cancelling does not, on its own, create a refund for elapsed or unused service time. Available methods include the account's Billing Portal and, where Managed Payments applies, Link account management.
General position for business purchases
No discretionary change-of-mind refunds are offered for correctly delivered B2B subscriptions or prepaid packs simply because a customer no longer wishes to use the product. Purchased checks have a technical expiry of 365 days. This policy is subject to country-specific mandatory law, the terms displayed at purchase, the legal seller’s obligations and all non-waivable rights.
Payment errors and service problems
Customers may still report double charges, unauthorized transactions, incorrect amounts, missing paid entitlements, substantial non-delivery or a legally recognized defect. Each issue is reviewed using the provider transaction and the tenant-specific immutable credit ledger; the resolution may include correction, refund, credit note, dispute, or another mandatory remedy. Do not email payment-card numbers, passwords, private data exports or API keys.
Stripe Managed Payments / Link
When the Checkout is sold through Stripe Managed Payments, Link is displayed as merchant of record. Customers can request transaction assistance through Link support. Stripe may issue refunds in specified cases, including within 60 days of some purchases, independently of FIXLAYER's optional refund preference. Stripe may also seek product-related information from us; if we do not respond within 48 hours, Stripe may refund without our approval. The operational mailbox must therefore be attended.
Disputes and unused or consumed credits
Cardholder disputes and provider-initiated refunds cannot be contractually prevented by this policy. After a refund or chargeback, remaining purchased credits may be held or reconciled to avoid duplicate spending, but consumed audit-debit history must not be erased. A request involving partially consumed packs is reviewed case by case under the actual seller's rules and applicable law; no automatic restoration of previously consumed checks is promised.
How to contact support
For service-fulfilment issues email olverthsolutions@gmail.com, identifying the account email, general transaction date and purchase type. Do not include card details or secrets. For Managed Payments transaction-level inquiries, Link support is also available. No guaranteed human response time is currently represented as certified.
Read our Service Terms and Privacy Notice. Non-waivable statutory rights and actual seller obligations take priority.
